The Recipe

What to do if you are expecting a spontaneous visit or suddenly feel like a piece of cake with your afternoon coffee on the weekend?

Well, you bake a cake. And one that goes quickly and tastes good.
If you like to bake, you have most of the ingredients at home.

So, I’m hungry. Let’s get started and bake.


The Ingredients:




1 becher


200 g 


400 g 


1 Pck.


4 Stk





170 g Butter
120 g Zucker
200 g Mandeln, gehobelt
4 EL Milch



First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.

Put the eggs with the cream in the mixing bowl and beat until frothy.

Then stir in the sugar.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir slowly into the egg foam until a smooth dough is formed.

Place the dough on a well-greased baking sheet and distribute it evenly.

Place the dough in the middle of the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

While the cake is baking, melt the butter in the saucepan and add the sugar.

Then add the almonds and milk and stir well.

After the 10 minutes have elapsed, take the tray out of the oven and distribute the almond paste evenly on the baked base. Now bake the tray in the oven for another 10 minutes.

After the 10 minutes have elapsed, the cake is ready. Now let cool down a little, cut open and enjoy.
